The wide range of facilities that Relais Concorde offers includes our BISTRO’ CONCORDE, cosy and intimate, where you can spend some pleasant moments while tasting the local specialities (for example San Benedetto-style broth-based soup and Ascoli-style fried olives).

Each dish on the menu is prepared with fresh local ingredients, adapting the most popular recipes in the Marche-region cuisine in a modern way. This is to offer something linked to tradition but lighter and modern.

For those who choose accommodation with half board of full board, meals feature a plentiful buffet with starters, a pasta dish and a main dish served at the table, water or wine. And to conclude, a nice dessert.
